A Quest Glacial está localizada na Ilha Glacial. Para chegar até a Ilha Glacial, necessita completar a Quest Storm, após a Quest Storm ter sido completa, o jogador pode viajar para a Ilha Glacial através do NPC Mr.Briney.
O NPC Mr.Briney está localizado na cidade de Dewford.
Dica: Para completar a Quest Glacial vai precisar de no mínimo de 40 jogadores ou mais. Um dos jogadores deverá levar uma Ice Stone.
